Ramen Noodle Salad

Ramen noodles are made of wheat and alkaline water that contains sodium bicarbonate and potassium carbonate, however the alkaline water can be replaced by, eggs. Top ramen noodles, crumbled: 1 pack

Cabbage, finely chopped: ½ head

Green onions, chopped: 4

Sliced almonds: ½ can

Sugar: 2 tbsp

Vinegar: 3 tbsp

Pepper: ½ tsp

Preparation:

Broccoli or coleslaw slaw: 1 package

Red or green pepper (chopped): 1 small

Bunch of scallions: half

Sunflower seeds: 1 cup unsalted roasted

Cranraisins: ½ cup

White raisins: half cup

Ramen noodle (soup mix): 2 packages

Chopped celery: 1½ cup

Ingredients for dressing:

Flavoring mix (comes with the noodles packet): 2 packs

Sugar: 1/3 cup

Apple cider vinegar: 1/3 cup

Preparation:

Mix the ingredients for the salad dressing in a big bowl and keep it aside. Take the main ingredients broccoli, pepper, sunflower seeds, cranraisins and ramen noodle then mix it all in a medium sized bowl and mix them properly. After you have mixed the ingredients well separately, then take them in a big bowl and mix them together. Keep the mix in the refrigerator for a night and enjoy your ramen noodles salad the next day.
